Troubleshooting¶
If something looks empty or stuck
Most issues are a missing Apply Changes, a scenario window that is too short, or a study that has not been run yet. The Activity Log under the tree usually has the last error.
Nothing in 3D¶
- Click Apply Changes on the asset you just edited (look for * in the tree).
- Confirm the spacecraft is inside the scenario start/end.
- Use Refresh All only if the whole scene is stale.
- Right-click the marker to follow if you expect the 3D model (markers only when untracked).
Coverage or contacts empty¶

Link geometry works, RF does not¶
Geometry-only proves line of sight. For a budget, check transmitter / receiver, antenna pointing, and the scenario RF environment. Link.
Dashboard has no templates¶
- Run the analysis to completed.
- Select the analysis in Dashboard, not only the spacecraft.
- Geometry-only link will not offer RF margin plots.
Analysis says stale or failed¶
- Stale — you changed the mission after the run; run again.
- Failed — read the message in Properties or the Activity Log (often a plan limit or a missing target).
Upgrade message¶
The plan is blocking that grid, duration, constellation size, or extra payload. Stay inside Trial limits or see Account and access.
Phone: cannot add assets or scroll Properties¶
Use ⋯ on the tree row (no right-click). Scroll the Assets pane, not an inner box. Mobile and tablet.
